The final candidates for the 2017 Aurora City Alderman Ward 7 Election, to be held on April 4, are on the ballot.
According to the Kane County Reporter's records, only one candidate will appear on the ballot of the April 4 municipal election:

Hart-Burns was born on Dec. 1, 1954. The candidate's listed address is 246 N. Sumner Ave., Aurora, Ill. 60505.
Hart-Burns has voted in primary elections, casting votes in five Republican primaries and five Democratic primaries.
