Aurora Government Operations Committee recommends approval of Class O liquor licenses maximum

Aurora Government Operations Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13.

The government operations committee has jurisdiction over all matters pertaining to intergovernmental relations, traffic and street lighting, elections, legislative matters, the motor vehicle parking system, golf courses, and transportation centers.

16-01117 Approval of the minutes of the Government Operations Committee meeting held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016.

A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

16-01177 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class O City of Aurora liquor licenses (unofficially related to application from: ABJ, LLC d/b/a Belle Salle Banquets, 1920 E. New York Street, Aurora).

A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval as amended. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

16-00949 A Parking Study for Fulton Street in the 744 to 797 block on the south side of the street. Ward 2, Alderman Garza.

A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be placed in history. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:38 pm.
