Approve Resolution Establishing the Village Bridge Fund

Motion Konicek 2nd Maison

McLaughlin reviewed the history of the Home Occupation Ordinance violation at 3 Saville Row. Konicek

reviewed details of the settlement before the board for approval. The settlement amount of $25,000 will

cover more than the Villages attorney fees.

Gohl stated he will not be voting for the settlement as he believes the settlement amount is too low.

Konicek stated that the amount was recommended by the judge, and originally the judge suggested

payment over 5 years, which the Board rejected.

Kosin reviewed the history of enforcement collection in Barrington Hills. Board discussed the Village

process for collecting fines.
