Elgin Cultural Arts Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14.
The commission shall consist of nine members, all of whom shall be appointed by the city council. All members shall be residents of the city who are known to have an interest and expertise in the functions of the commission and who shall be voting members of the commission.
