At a recent meeting, the Aurora Historic Preservation Commission considered certificate-of-appropriateness requests to install a tall fence and replace a wooden clapboard at separate properties.
The Aurora Historic Preservation Commission was established to preserve properties that reflect Aurora’s historical, cultural, artistic, social and ethnic heritage. The commission also provides design review, architectural expertise and rehabilitation-resource services to the city.
