The Batavia Police Pension Board will hold a hearing on a disability pension case at the board's next meeting 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the police department.
The board includes two elected active members of the city’s police department, one retired/disabled member and two members appointed by the mayor. The board governs the investments of all full-time officers of the Batavia Police Department, along with benefits for retired and disabled officers.
