On Oct. 29, 2019, Christopher Gael Dudding, Allison Marie Rodriguez, Allison Marie Dudding-Couch and Matthew Jason and Jeremy Michael and Patricia Gail Romero sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1540 Rita Ave., St. Charles to Charles R. Jamerson for $264,000.
