*a. Approve Resolution No. 2025-129 Authorizing the Execution of a Pipeline Crossing Agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad for a Sanitary Sewer on the West Side of the Fox River Under the Train Trestle.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2025-130 Authorizing the Execution of a Pipeline Crossing Agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad for a Fiber Optic Conduit on the West Side of the Fox River Under the Train Trestle.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2025-131 Authorizing a Contract with Whittaker Construction & Excavating Inc. for a Sanitary Sewer River Crossing in the Amount of $4,335,000.00.

b. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-26 Amending Title 1 (Administrative) Chapter 9 (Municipal Taxes) of the Geneva City Code of Ordinances Pertaining to the Imposition of a Municipal Grocery Retailers’ Occupation Tax and Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax.

c. Consider Resolution No. 2025-135 Authorizing the Execution of a Public Utility Easement for 915 Ray Street.

d. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-27 Granting a Variation to Reduce the Required Street Yard Setback from 30.72 Feet to 22.31 Feet for a Front Porch Extension at 601 N. First Street.

e. Consider Resolution No. 2025-136 Authorizing the Execution of a Non-Binding Letter of Support for the Continued Feasibility Study of the Dam by the Army Corps of Engineers.
