The Planning & Zoning Commission in Geneva has recommended approval for a porch variation at 601 N. First St., according to an update on the City of Geneva Development Projects Map. The recommendation was made during the commission's meeting on October 23.

The proposed project will next be considered by the City Council. The council is scheduled to review the recommendation at its upcoming meeting, which will take place at 7 p.m. on Monday, November 3, at Geneva City Hall, located at 109 James St.

This development follows standard procedures in Geneva, where zoning variations must first be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission before moving forward to the City Council for final approval.
