*a. Approve Resolution No. 2025-119 Accepting Bid and Authorizing the Purchase of Longhorn Cable Reels from Anixter Inc. in the Budgeted Amount of $150,000.00.

Approve Resolution No. 2025-120 Authorizing the City Administrator to Execute Contract with Clean Infusion, LLC for Re-Coating of Majority Portion of the Water Treatment Plant’s Chemical Room and Allow City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not to Exceed 10% of Bid Price for a Total Amount of $295,981.40.
*c. Approve Resolution No. 2025-121 Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Geneva and Kane County Regarding Access and Improvements to Fabyan Parkway at Kautz Road.
*d. Approve Resolution No. 2025-122 Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Geneva and the City of St. Charles for Construction and Jurisdiction of Division Street East of Kirk Road.
*e. Approve Resolution No. 2025-123 Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Geneva and Kane County Regarding Access and Improvements to Kirk Road at Division Street.
*f. Approve Resolution No. 2025-124 Authorizing the Granting of a Drainage and Utility Easement for Parcel 12-10-276-004 at 602 Crissey (Wastewater Treatment Plant).

Approve Resolution No. 2025-125 Awarding Bid and Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Frank Marshall Electric at a Cost of $100,700.00 and Allow the City Administrator to Approve up to $10,070.00 in Change Orders for a Total Not-to-Exceed Amount of $110,770.00 for Well No. 6 Motor Control Replacement.

a. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-24 Granting a Variation to Reduce the Required East Street Yard Setback from 30.91 Feet to 26.12 Feet for a Proposed Front Porch at 514 Maple Lane.
b. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-25 Authorizing an Amendment to the Annexation Agreement by and between the City of Geneva and Bullock Holdings, LLC.
c. Consider Resolution No. 2025-126 Approving a Final Plat of Subdivision for the Geneva Commons Second Re-subdivision.
d. Consider Resolution No. 2025-127 Rejecting the Bid Received from Horizon Line Landscaping for Randall Road Landscape Median Restoration.
e. Consider Resolution No. 2025-128 Authorizing the Execution of Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Fehr Graham Engineering in the Amount of $54,000.00 for a Total Not-to-Exceed Amount of $1,019,000.00 for Sanitary Sewer River Crossing and Screening Building Design Services.
