The City of Geneva has updated its Development Projects Map to include a new application for a lot coverage variation at 609 N. Lincoln Ave. The proposal, referred to as the 609 N. Lincoln Ave. Patio Variation, will be considered at an upcoming public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission.
All interested residents are invited to attend the hearing once it is scheduled. The city is also offering email alerts about the project's status through its “Notify Me” feature on the official website, where residents can provide their email address and select “Development Projects” to receive updates.
