Request: Requests for variances to allow a new home to be constructed at the end of the rightof-way to Kane Avenue (0’ setback, 35’ variance). The petitioner is also seeking (4’ setback, 6’ variance) from the north property line and (21’ setback, 14’ variance from the right-of-way) to allow for the conversion and use of the existing home as a storage building
