The Planning & Zoning Commission of Geneva has given its unanimous approval for the zoning variation at 21 N. Sixth St. The recommendation was made on June 26, and it marks a significant step forward in the development process.
Following this approval, the project will be presented to the City Council for further consideration. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday, July 7, at Geneva City Hall located at 109 James St.
The update comes as part of changes reflected in the City of Geneva Development Projects Map.
