City council to discuss mural request and business complaint

The City Council Committee of the Whole is scheduled to meet on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 100 N. Island Ave., Batavia. The agenda includes a request from Water Street Studios for a gateway mural and a follow-up discussion about a recent complaint from a potential business owner.
