*a. Approve Resolution No. 2025-52 Authorizing the Annual Purchase of Distribution Material and Supplies for FY2026 in the Budgeted Amount of $460,000.00 Through Sourcewell from WESCO.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2025-53 Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Fehr Graham in an Amount Not to Exceed $67,000.00 for Sanitary Collection System Services.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2025-54 Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Fehr Graham in an Amount Not to Exceed $55,900.00 for Kirk Road Water Tower Painting Engineering Services.

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2025-55 Authorizing the Purchase of Two 2025 Ford Police Interceptor Pursuit Vehicles in an Amount Not to Exceed $123,348.64 Inclusive of Transfer, Purchase, and Installation of Equipment and Exterior Graphics through State of Illinois Purchase Program/Sutton Ford Inc.

a. Consider Resolution No. 2025-57 Declaring Surplus and Authorizing the Disposal or Sale of Police Vehicles and Other Department Property.

b. Consider Resolution No. 2025-58 Authorizing the Purchase of Underground Cable and Material in an Estimated Amount of $2,150,358.34 Through Sourcewell Contract for Southeast Development Construct Feeders.

c. Consider Resolution No. 2025-59 Approving a First Amendment to an Economic Development Incentive Agreement Between the City of Geneva and Niche Restaurant, LLC.

d. Consider Resolution No. 2025-60 Authorizing the City to Expend Funds from the Municipal Hotel Operators’ Occupation Tax to Be a Presenting Sponsor for the Geneva Chamber of Commerce’s City-Recognized Festivals in the Total Aggregate Amount of $50,000 for Calendar Year 2025.
