Batavia Electric utility customers have received postcards inviting them to participate in a survey. The purpose of the survey is to gather public input for the City Council and staff as they make decisions regarding Batavia's energy future.
The survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, aims to ensure that residents' views and experiences are considered in planning processes. Residents can access the survey through a provided link.
