a. Accept the resignation of Treasurer Steve Jones from the 2% Committee.

b. Appoint Maxwell Connelly to the remainder of Steve Jones term, expiration 04/30/2026.

c. Entertain nominations for FY 2026 board officers.

d. Consider proposal from Matt Lohse to purchase replacement office furniture for the Station 1 Radio Room from Midwest Office Interiors and repair/paint both the Lieutenant and Radio Room, not to exceed $9,200.00.

e. Consider proposal from Matt Lohse to donate gift cards to the Tri-Com Central Dispatch Center personnel in honor of the 2025 National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, not to exceed $300.00.

f. Approve Foreign Fire Insurance Fund Bylaws and Rules.
