Consider Ordinance No. 2024-42 Authorizing the Issuance of Waterworks and Sewerage Revenue Bonds of the City of Geneva, Kane County, Illinois, in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $20,000,000, for Improvements to the Waterworks and Sewerage System of the City, specifically Constructing a New Sanitary Sewer River Crossing and Screening Building.
b. Consider Ordinance No. 2024-43 Authorizing the Issuance of Waterworks and Sewerage Revenue Bonds of the City of Geneva, Kane County, Illinois, in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $15,000,000, for Improvements to the Waterworks and Sewerage System of the City, Specifically Water Main and Lead Water Service Line Replacement.
c. Consider Ordinance No. 2024-44 Rezoning Lots 2-4 of the Crossings at Geneva Subdivision to Allow the Secondary Use Multi-Family Residential Without an Age Restriction – Covenant Construction Co.
d. Consider Resolution No. 2024-105 Granting a Final Planned Unit Development Approval and Final Plat of Subdivision Approval – Geneva Crossing LLC.
e. Consider Resolution No. 2024-106 Accepting an Application Proposing to Establish a Special Service Area for the Geneva Crossing Subdivision – Covenant Construction Co. and Geneva Crossing LLC.
