Comprehensive Plan Amendment from “Parking” to “SingleFamily Residential”; 2) a Zoning Map Amendment from DRSCM to R1; and 3) Amendments to the Fourth Street Parking Lot PUD and Herrington’s Trail PUD to remove Parcel 2 from the former PUD and add it to the latter so that it can be incorporated as part of the petitioner’s property at 520 Creekside Drive.
