Alderperson Bowring, serving as chair, called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM noting the Mayor and all council members were present.

a. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement with the Association of Individual Development (AID) for Social Service Assistance with the Police Department in the Amount of $35,000.00.

On a question from Ald. Kilburg, Supt. VanGyseghem provided project information on the sewer line replacements that will commence in the fall of 2024.

Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick in the Amount of $249,375.00 with Authorization to Approve up to $24,937.50 in Change Orders by the City Administrator for a Not to Exceed Amount of $274,312.50 for Water Distribution System Improvements.

On a question from Ald. Kilburg, VanGyseghem provided details on how affected residents will be notified of the work. He also responded to questions and comments from Alderpersons Bowring and Mayer on the location of the new lines, and on the residential reimbursement program tied to this project.
