Here is the agenda provided by the council:

3. PUBLIC HEARINGS, SPECIAL ITEMS AND PRESENTATIONS

a. Proclaim June as Pride Month

b. Proclaim June 7, 2024 as Gun Violence Awareness Day

c. Public Hearing on the Establishment of a TIF District for the Redevelopment Project Area (as set forth in Resolution 2024-40) and known as the Southeast Master Plan (TIF 4) Redevelopment Project Area.

8. MUNICIPAL BILLS FOR PAYMENT: $1,991,978.43

9. COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE ITEMS OF BUSINESS

*a. Approve Resolution No. 2024-56 Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement with the Association of Individual Development (AID) for Social Service Assistance with the Police Department in the Amount of $35,000.00.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2024-57 Authorizing a Development Economic Incentive Agreement with Echo Base LLC for 225-227 W. State Street.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2024-58 Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Fehr-Graham in an Amount Not to Exceed $70,000.00 for Sanitary Collection System Services.

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2024-59 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick in the Amount of $249,375.00 with Authorization to Approve up to $24,937.50 in Change Orders by the City Administrator for a Not to Exceed Amount of $274,312.50 for Water Distribution System Improvements.

*e. Approve Resolution No. 2024-60 Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Contract with Associated Technical Services LTD in an Amount Not to Exceed $35,000.00 for a Water System Leak Detection & Location Survey.

10. PRESENTATION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a. Consider Resolution No. 2024-61 Authorizing the Purchase of Replacement Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus Systems from Air One Equipment, Inc. Through the HGAC (Houston-Galveston Area Council) Consortium at a Cost of $ 429,315.00.
