City of Geneva Committee of the Whole met May 20

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

1. Call to Order

2. Approve Committee of the Whole Minutes from May 6, 2024.

3. Items of Business

a. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement with the Association of Individual Development (AID) for Social Service Assistance with the Police Department in the Amount of $35,000.00.

b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing a Development Economic Incentive Agreement with Echo Base LLC for 225-227 W. State Street.

c. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Fehr-Graham in an Amount Not to Exceed $70,000.00 for Sanitary Collection System Services.

d. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick in the Amount of $249,375.00 with Authorization to Approve up to $24,937.50 in Change Orders by the City Administrator for a Not to Exceed Amount of $274,312.50 for Water Distribution System Improvements.

e. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Contract with Associated Technical Services LTD in an Amount Not to Exceed $35,000.00 for a Water System Leak Detection & Location Survey.
