*a. Approve Resolution No. 2024-48 Authorizing Execution of a License Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institutes, Inc. for Geographic Information Systems Program in the Amount of $29,300.00.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2024-49 Authorizing the Annual Purchase of Transformers and Materials from WESCO (through Sourcewell Contract) in the Amount of $560,000.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2024-50 Accepting a Professional Services Agreement with Stanley Consultants for Design Services for Bullock Campus Electric Infrastructure Construction in an Amount Not to Exceed $307,469.00 Pending Legal Review.

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2024-51 Authorizing the City Administrator to Execute a Contract with All American Exterior Solutions for Fire Station No. 1 Roof Replacement in an Amount Not to Exceed $98,593.00.

*e. Approve Resolution No. 2024-52 Authorizing the Purchase of a Fire Station Alerting System for Fire Stations No. 1 and 2 from US Digital and DigiCom, Inc. in the Amount of $155,04.41.

*f. Approve Resolution No. 2024-53 Authorizing the Purchase of a Source Capture Vehicle Exhaust System for Fire Stations No. 1 and 2 from Hastings Air Energy Control, Inc. in the Amount of $171,505.00.

10. PRESENTATION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a. Consider Resolution No. 2024-54 Accepting Proposals for the Purchase of Certain Surplus Real Estate Authorizing the City Administrator to Execute the Real Estate Sales Agreements.

b. Consider Resolution No. 2024-55 Authorizing the Execution of a Supplemental Agreement to the Reimbursement Agreement (City Resolution No. 2019-51) with the Union Pacific Railroad Utilizing the Remaining Fund Balance to Relocate Additional Division Assets.
