a. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a 2-Year Contract with Eco Clean Maintenance, Inc. at an Annual Cost of $77,856 for Daily Custodial Services and Supplies for City Hall, Police Department, and Public Works Facilities.
b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of St. Charles for the Construction and Reconstruction of Kautz Road.
