In honor of International Women's Day and Women's History Month, Mayor Richard C. Irvin made a significant declaration at Tuesday night's Committee of the Whole meeting, proclaiming March as WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH in the City of Aurora!
"We salute the women of Aurora who continue to pave the way for future generations and make the City of Lights shine brighter and brighter," Mayor Irvin said.
The City of Aurora is proud to have distinguished women who help lead our City Council, in addition to strong women who lead departments and maintain day-to-day operations right here at City Hall!
