On Tuesday, January 23, former North Florida Educational Institute standout, Maduk Deng’s current college team, the Elgin Spartans, lost 68-79 in their NJCAA game against the Morton Panthers.

The game took place in Elgin, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Morton Panthers this season.

The Elgin Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, January 25 at 7:15 p.m. in Palos Hills, Illinois.
