a. Approval of Minutes from May 2, 2023, June 20, 2023, October 11, 2023 and October 11, 2023 (Special Meeting)

4. Old Business

a. Kitchen table project update. Member Prang updated the team that our tables are in production.

b. DRAFT bylaw review and discussion. No discussion.

c. Record election results from 10/30/2023

i. Nominations were opened on 10/30/2023 for 3 expiring positions

ii. Only 3 nominations were received

iii. All 3 nominees were appointed to 3 year terms ending 04/30/2026

5. New Business

a. Proposal from Derek Johnston to purchase 8 personal thermal imaging camera’s for the riding positions on TWR201 and E202.

Moved by Grana to purchase the thermal imaging camera’s, not to exceed $6,000. Seconded by Jones.

b. Proposal from Eric Warfel to purchase new Tupperware for Station 1 and 2.

Moved by Antenore to purchase the Tupperware, not to exceed $100. Seconded by Jones.

c. Consider proposal by Mike Antenore to purchase department rings for department members that have reached their 10 year anniversary. Moved by Jones to purchase the rings, not to exceed $2,500. Seconded by Prang.
