A public hearing for this petition was held and closed on December 12, 2023. The Kane County Board remanded this petition back to the Zoning Board of Appeals at its January 9, 2024 meeting so the Zoning Board may hear additional testimony regarding

That the establishment of the special use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of surrounding property for uses permitted in the district;” and specifically in respect to the Longmeadow Parkway.
