1. CALL TO ORDER
The Geneva Special City Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Kevin Burns at 7:00 P.M. in City Hall Council Chambers, 109 James Street, Geneva IL
Alderpersons present: Becky Hruby, Martha Paschke, Dean Kilburg, Brad Kosirog, Craig Maladra, Richard Marks, Amy Mayer, Robert Swanson
Alderpersons absent: Anaïs Bowring, Mike Bruno
Others Present: City Administrator Stephanie Dawkins, Assistant City Administrator Ben McCready, Deputy City Clerk Jeanne Fornari, Finance Director Rita Kruse
2. ITEMS OF BUSINESS
a. Presentation and Acceptance of the FY2023 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, TIF 2 Report, TIF 3 Report, and IMRF Allocation Report
Moved by Ald. Marks, seconded by Ald. Kosirog to accept the report
Nick Bava with Sikich, LLC presented the report, highlighting the following components:
• Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
• Auditor’s Communication to the Honorable Mayor and the Members of City Council and Management
• TIF 2 Report
• TIF 3 Report
• IMRF Allocation Report
Bava concluded his remarks by thanking city staff who assisted the Sikich team during the six month process. No discussion.

4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Ald. Marks made a motion to adjourn the Geneva City Council meeting. MOTION CARRIED by unanimous voice vote.
