12. PRESENTATION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
a. Consider Ordinance No. 2023-11 Granting a Variation to Allow a Street Yard Setback of 22.32 feet Instead of the Required 35 feet for a Proposed Addition to the Single-Family Home Located at 602 Maple Lane.
b. Consider Ordinance No. 2023-12 Granting 1) a Variation from Section 11-6F-4 to Allow a Street Yard Setback of 1.4 Feet Instead of the Required 20 Feet; 2) a Variation from Section 11-6F-4 to Allow a Side Yard Setback of 0.5 Feet Instead of the Required 5 Feet; 3) Relief from Section 11-6E-4(F) to Allow a Deviation from the East State Street Corridor Design Guidelines’ Parking Lot Lighting Standards: and, 4) Site Plan Approval for a Proposed Parking Lot at 830 E.
