Proposed: Rezoning from F-District Farming to PUD – Planned Unit Development to allow for a storage for a construction business and to bring the existing residential use into conformance with the Zoning Ordinance.

Zoning Board: Approval with the following stipulations:

1. A stormwater permit will be required for the new building.

The site does not currently trigger stormwater detention. Should the site introduce 25,000 sq ft of impervious cumulatively to the site since 2001 Stormwater Detention will be required. The site is currently well below this threshold.

Owner is advised that the PUD covers a portion of the property. The remaining zoning on the site will continue to be F-Farming. The different zoning classifications does not equate to creating separate lots.
