Holm reported that revisions and a formal resolution will be brought back to the Committee.

20. Discussion: Batavia Renewable Self-Generation Policy and Regulations Chair Wolff administered a straw poll for those in favor of the Batavia Renewable Self Generation Policy and Regulations as written with the result being 7 out of 13.

Ald. Vogelsinger returned to the meeting at 9:58pm.
