PRESCHOOL
Preschool Registration Now Open
Registration is now open for the 22/23 school year. We offer classes for 2’s, 3’s, 4’s and an evening class for 3-5 year olds. For registration you are required to have a copy of the child’s birth certificate and a $40 non-refundable deposit. Registration must be completed at Village Hall during normal business hours. CAMPS
Summer Day Camp (entering K-6 grade)
Summer Camp registration will open on Monday, April 4 at 10am. The early bird pricing is in effect from April 4-14. The brochure with complete information is attached. Field Trip calendar is located at www.southelgin.com/recreation under Camps - Summer Camps.
Teen Camp (entering 7th & 8th grade)
Hey, all young teens entering 7th and 8th grade want to have some fun this summer? Then join us at the South Elgin Parks & Recreation Teen Camp. We will have activities, games, crafts, STEM and go on some awesome field trips. There will be philanthropic field trips on Tuesdays and pools and other trips on Thursdays. Wednesdays will be a theme day with fun activities. Make some awesome memories and great friends at this camp of 13 kids. No daily registration allowed—must register for the complete session. SPECIAL EVENTS
“Pooched” Egg Hunt
Bring your pooch out for a special egg hunt at the Dog Park. We will have treats for our four legged friends. There will be a hunt in both of the run areas. Your dog will participate in the hunt area based on size. Depending on weather the bunny may be onsite for pictures with the dogs and their families. This even will be held Saturday, April 9 at 10am SHARP at the South Elgin Dog Park at County Park behind the Trolley Museum. No registration is required.
Spring into a Movie in the Park

Jim Hansen Park
After enjoying finding some glowing eggs and want more fun? Stay for a spring time movie in the park. We will be showing the movie Hop. Even if you didn't want and eggs and enjoy a movie in the park, grab your family or friends and a chair and come out to Jim Hansen Park to join us for a hopping good time. Movie will start right after the egg hunt is done.
