Eagles Defeat Viterbo to Improve to 11-1 in CCAC Play

The Judson University Eagles earned another sweep in CCAC conference play with a 25-12, 29-27, 25-20 victory over Viterbo on Tuesday evening in the penultimate match of the 2022 regular season. 

Jamison Blasing led Judson with 12 kills and added five digs, two assists, a service ace, and a solo block. Javier Arreguin had 10 kills, six digs, and a solo block. Trevor Kozlowski, Tom Kurzynski, and Brendan Gibbons each had seven kills for Judson. Kurzynski added 10 digs, an assist, a service ace, and a block assist. Kozlowski had two total blocks, while Gibbons had two service aces, two digs, and a solo block. 

Noah McConville had 19 digs as the libero, while Greg Geake had an important kill for the Eagles to win a back-and-forth second set. 

Judson (24-3, 11-1) returns to action on Thursday for the CCAC finale.
