On March 15, Ryan R. Reconnu purchased a three bedroom, six bathroom home at 199 Anna St., N. Aurora from Charles E. and Terry A. Noyes for $285,000.

This home last sold for $190,000 on Sept. 23, 2003.

This property is one of nine sales so far in North Aurora in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Terry A. Noyes has been registered to vote since 2001 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Republican Primaries. Charles E. Noyes has been registered to vote since 2001 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and six Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
