The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $10,885.50, 2.62% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 6, 2005 for $450,000.

This property is one of seven sales so far in Gilberts in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 124 Summit Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Thomas J. Husar, 68, and Rebecca E. Husar, 23.
