On Feb. 22, Rodolfo Cueva and Steven Palewski purchased a three bedroom home at 1785 Charles Ave., Algonquin from Steven and Ivory Cherry for $290,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $5,930. This is 2.04% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 2, 2017 for $219,000.

So far in February 2022, 11 properties sold in Algonquin.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ivory P. Cherry has been registered to vote since 2018. Steven J. Cherry has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
