On Feb. 23, Efrain and Manuela Ocampo purchased a four bedroom home at 1175 Carol Crest Court, Sleepy Hollow from Laura J. Kresic (trust) for $375,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $7,237.26. This is 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Sleepy Hollow in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Laura Kresic has been registered to vote since 1977 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1175 Carol Crest Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Laura Kresic, 75, and Anthony Kresic, 76.
