On Feb. 23, Juan Jose Ayala purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1504 Superior St., Aurora from Dennis J. Falkos, Nick J. and Rita J. Falkos (trust) for $217,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,017.30, 1.39% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 139 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Rita Falkos (87) has been registered to vote since 1988.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
