On Jan. 31, Barbara Lynn Pedersen and Marie K. Pedersen (estate) sold their four bedroom home at 1036 Millview Court, Batavia to Joseph W. and Melissa Ciraulo for $405,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,675.58, 2.39% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 39 properties sold in Batavia.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marie K. Pedersen (77) has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least 12 primary elections, records show, including 12 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
