Eleazar Sanchez Ontiveros and Lorena Gonzalez Gonzalez acquire 255 S. Alfred Ave., Elgin

On Jan. 31, Kimberly A. Crichton and Marie M. Herschlag (trust) sold their home at 255 S. Alfred Ave., Elgin to Eleazar Sanchez Ontiveros and Lorena Gonzalez Gonzalez for $205,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,539.28, 1.73% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 124 properties sold in Elgin.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marie M Herschlag has been registered to vote since 1956 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and seven Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 255 S. Alfred Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donald E Herschlag, 90, and Marie M Herschlag, 86.
