On Jan. 31, American Homes 4 Rent Properties One LLC sold their four bedroom home at 1737 Stonegate Drive, Montgomery to Charles and Philomene Tchoupou Dongmo for $323,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $8,395.78, 2.6% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 19, 2013 for $215,000.

So far in January 2022, 21 properties sold in Montgomery.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 1737 Stonegate Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrew Robert Jackson, 25, Kurtis P. Chione, 25, Darlene L Roy Nichols, 30, and Gladys E Anderson, 57.
