On Dec. 30, Justin West and Elizabeth Domantay purchased a home at 343 Hickory Lane, S. Elgin from Darcy Bretz and Mike Knapp for $281,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $6,466.24, which is 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $244,500 on May 30, 2017.

So far in December 2021, 32 properties sold in South Elgin.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Darcy Bretz has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 343 Hickory Lane, S. Elgin as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael T. Knapp, 52, Afan Khan, 46, Darcy Bretz, 54, and Marcelyn J Henrikson, 87.
