On Dec. 23, Arti Prakash Metawala and Jeegar Prakashkumar Modi sold their four bedroom home at 1143 Thatcher Trail, W. Dundee to Vitalii Fedyn for $365,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $7,817.30, which is 2.14% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 6, 2017 for $268,500.

So far in December 2021, 16 properties sold in West Dundee.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Prakashbhai A. Metawala, 66, was the only registered voter residing at 1143 Thatcher Trail, W. Dundee as of Oct. 10, 2020.
