The four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 228 Plum St., Aurora was sold on Dec. 23 by Anthony and Amanda Delacerda for $240,000. The buyers were Walter V. and Claudia A. Garcia.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,389.94, 2.25% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $177,500 on Sept. 13, 2016.

This property is one of 148 sales so far in Aurora in December 2021.
