On Oct. 15, Scott D. and Karole Masters sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 178 Mistwood Lane, N. Aurora to Tarek Elashmawi for $275,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $8,407.76, 3.06% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 19 sales so far in North Aurora in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Scott Masters has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Republican Primaries. Karole Masters has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 178 Mistwood Lane, N. Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carole M. Kingsley, 53, Scott Masters, 62, and Karole Masters, 59.
