On Oct. 12, Gerald L. Olsen purchased a home at 295 S. Walnut St., S. Elgin from Walter J. and Sanna M. Bogdanski for $293,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,706.88, 1.95% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 29, 2003 for $187,000.

So far in October 2021, 12 properties sold in South Elgin.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Walter J. Bogdanski has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Sanna M. Bogdanski has been registered to vote since 2010.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
