The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $4,542.58. This is 1.51% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Sleepy Hollow in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Magdalena Zentner has been registered to vote since 1969 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and eight Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 17 Plum Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Magdalena Zentner, 90, and Stefan Zentner, 91.
