The four bedroom, one bathroom home at 335 Persimmon Drive, St. Charles was sold on Oct. 5 by Edward J. and Joyce H. Murzinski for $540,000. The buyers were Ryan William and Ashley Saul Tegrootenhuis.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,921.02, 1.84% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 10 sales so far in St. Charles in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Edward J. Murzinski has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Joyce H. Murzinski has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
