The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7 Cornell Court, S. Elgin was sold on Oct. 6 by Hongwei Liu for $295,000. The buyers were Vasyl Fedoryshyn and Iuliia Semeniuk.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,564.14, 2.23% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $223,500 on Aug. 20, 2002.

This property is one of six sales so far in South Elgin in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Hongwell Liu, 61, was the only registered voter residing at 7 Cornell Court, S. Elgin as of Oct. 10, 2020.
